so i bought a reel on ebay. reel value is 238.00, i purchased it with a winning bid of 107.90. Awesome right? Well i get a bill from cabelas saying my credit card had in valid funds. The guy took my money from paypal and used his fraudulent card and purchased threw cabelas leaving me to pay retail. Im in a fight with ebay and paypal, sinced i used paypal i sound be protected. Annoying

im confused. If you only paid him the 107.90 through paypal, how did cabelas connect you to the purchase?

They collect money from paypal, and purchase the reel from cabelas with a fraudulent card with your information!
