Make the book or not. It the state record to me. Couple month ago I took my wife fishing at DVL for night tourney. She caught a 10lb flathead catfish that night. I was told it was a lake record, but no lake offishial was there due to it being 3am.The fish never got put on record. Oh well.....

So Texas Parks and Wildlife says i can send it in and it will be recognized.....BUT will not be on the record books because it has to be reported within 60 days of catching it. I could lie and say it was....BUT if they look into it, they will see it posted on here and another site a year ago.....so, no go

Glad to see your honest, its not worth the risk of never being able to get in the book again.
Congrats for at least 1 catching that fish and 2 getting in the books.
