Have you guys considered land leases for hunters? Sort of a timeshare where guys can buy a few weeks a year and hunt on the property?

You have agreat point and i would love to, but the law is in the way of this one. you must have 100 acres to run any hunting operation. i am looking at 103 acres. Not saying taht if someone wanted to do a side deal i wouldnt be opposed.

yeah but sometimes youcan find some deals out there, just cant or should i say post the ways to do it. i have a few tricks and loop holes for buying land out there.

Looks like we SOLD it, i just got an offer to buy another propety back there 205 acres with house pond and stream for $500,000 i wish i had money!
