Red tide sux and im tired of it every year!!

Once again......red tide pops up! It waited till the very end of the season, but it made it! SOMEONE needs to figure out how to do something about this crap EVERY year! I hate going to the beach at the end of the summer, getting out of my truck....nose burning, and eyes swelling up......only to see tons of dead fish! It comes up from the south around the same area every year and just destroys our coast. Seems like they would be able to figure out where it comes from and why so our fish population doesnt have to continue to suffer every year. They wanna impose all these new laws and regulations to govern the people from decimating the fish population, why dont they do somethinag about the biggest fish killer in the lower Gulf coast?!?! That is it.....
