This doesn’t really effect me anyway because I’m 23 but every time you go on a boat they remind you that even though marijuana is legal your in federal waters so that makes it illegal. Does that mean the legal age for tobacco consumption falls to 18?

US waters are federal and its not federally legal

tobacco isnt that a state law, not fed on 18 vs 21?
