Post work out meal

2 eggs 1 egg white fried (cooking spray no butter) 1 full avocado. Top with black pepper and sriracha sauce. Simple, cheap, healthy, and good! Now I must enjoy

Nice. My post workout was 3 whites one whole egg and some leftover ground turkey.
