They're from Coachella Canal. Alot of them in there, the size are not that impressive though. But on tough day like Saturday. It keep me busy, specially on my little bass rod.

yeah for sure man. looks like a good time. i see a lot of red in the flatties youve been catching. do they usually change color a bit in the later seasons?

During the cooler month they turn dark to almost black. Some are very light gray w some light green tint. Depend on the type of structures they're holding in.
Still time left to get the big one. They getting porky, and ready for winter. There was a 53# and 47# caught this weekend.
