Thank you Rock, i was sitting there and wondering what Fisher was talking about. There is nothing more fun to push equiptment to the max and see what happens. If i got to run him down river then so be it.... HAHA

Youve never been there! You cant run him down the river its all bush and tree. This isnt oh lets just have fun with this fish its set the hook and crank. There are too many rocks and logs under the water plus your fighting a pretty strong current and they just dig their heads into it. Oat where you at?!

Right here.....haha...... Fisherofmen you are correct on that. This is a hook and horse the suckers in or you will get snag in a heart bead. That why I tell every one to brink a minimum 50 pound test. I use 50# with 80# breaded leader. Trust me I like fishing the light stuff but not for flathead. Too many casualty in the pass.
