I've got breaking tuna all around me ~ see if I can get them to go 11:14am
Just put on a nice Yellowfin~ we're 33:19~18 over 117: 59 ~18.02 http://www.tempbreak.com/?lat=33_18.5&lon=118_00 we've got breaking tuna all around us~ 11:37am cant get them to go~ except one dumb one~ , others at 33:17 over 118:09 http://www.tempbreak.com/?lat=33_17&lon=118_09 and the 277 had fish this AM
JD~ we're here off the island (catalina) just put on a nice 30 lb Bluefin~ 1:26pm~
Afternoon radio chatter picked up~ rumors of a wahoo caught on the troll~2:12pm ~ radio chatter ~ ~ to quote from Ralph Bandini~ Vailed Horizons~ . He who ventures aside from the accepted groves of believe lays himself open not alone to jibes, but to direct attack upon his veracity. Wahooooooo
Light westerly picked up again this afternoon making it a bit bumpy for the smaller craft~ the tuna bite seemed to have quieted down for the most part~
Bongos 3 called in~6 angler 39 yellowtail 1 dorado ~be in at 5~
long weekend for most~ rumor of a couple of marlin seen where?~ the weather forecasted next week looks promising~ going into a no moon phase
