Hell, they're getting Blue and yellowfin in Newport, and Catalina. I don't think it matters where we launch from, It's gonna kick ass! I just hope this cool weather doesn't slow em down.

the cool weather is better for the bluefin, it may slow for a day or 3 until this passes by but its so epic it will hold.

We went out of Shelter Island yesterday, but due to some engine problems, we didn't even make it to the bait barge. Hopefully I can get it fixed this week, and possibly get out next weekend.

that sucked so.cali i heard via a txt that you where out of the count. fishing was pretty dang good to if you had the skill to find your own paddies. which knowing who was on your boat, you guys would have nailed something.

We had the plan down, and we were loaded for bear! sadly, the boat is still down and in the shop awaiting parts. Turned out to be a failed fuel pump. Not giving up though, there's still some good fishing to do this season.
