Here's a little dipping sauce recipe for the Yellowtail sashimi. 4 tbsp orange juice, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tsp brown sugar, 4 tsp white wine vinegar. Cut the sashimi as thin as you can. Pour the sauce over fish then top with thin slices of jalapeno and enjoy! Thanks to Jon Sneider for the delicious recipe.
