Chris here with Tuesdays Catalina report : Still plenty of 3-6 lb yellows and bigger bonito roaming around, the problem is getting them thru the sea lions. We tried a different area late in the day and threw on 20+ yellows with no sea lions. Awesome weather again today and nice big anchovies for bait. Our count today was 73 yellows and 88 bonito.

Marina Marina Del Rey Sportfishing checking in this evening with 3 trips out today. They caught 7 Calico Bass, 67 Sand Bass, 59 Rockfish, 18 Bonito, 1 Lingcod, 92 Sculpin, and 50 Red Snapper.
Trips are on line daily.

NativeAaron is live from the Native Sun out of 22nd Street Landing. They fished local today for the big quality yellowtail and put 35 on the boat. Plenty more were lost due to the size and quality of the fish. Aaron is live to tell you all about it below.
