Did a trip to the canal with Magnum today. We caught all type of fish including lmb, smb, stripers, carp, and channel catfish. All bass got release today since they are getting ready to spawn and are full of eggs. Kept enough for fish fry tomorrow , about 6 lbs of fillet. We did give a shot at the flathead but it was still too cold for them, not even a nibble the whole time at flatty spot. Thought you might want to know that Fisherofman & Choodak. Hopefully thing get rolling soon down there.
