I had an Abu reel I receive as a gift couple years ago. The reel was a defect, the anti reverse has fail first time I use it. Found it in my old tackle box couple weeks ago, and decide to contact Abu to see what they will do. I told them what happen and they said to mail the reel to them. Well yesterday I got a package at my front door and they send me a brand new one with no charge. To top it off it a newer model then one I send in. Now that pretty cool right there.
