Sometimes seeing really is believing. Last week Kim Kardashian stunned the Twitterverse by sharing pictures of her recent visit to a Miami gun range.


We must confess, we were unaware the Kardashians were such a
sharp-shooting bunch -- back in September, Khloe also learned how to
shoot a gun -- but perhaps there's a reason for that.


The reality star may have bodyguards, but perhaps she wants to be able to defend herself should the need arise.


And she isn't alone: Brad Pitt has similar safetey concerns. "America
is a country founded on guns. It’s in our DNA. It’s very strange, but I
feel better having a gun. I really do,” he shares in an interview with
Live magazine. “I don’t feel safe, I don’t feel the house is completely
safe, if I don’t have one hidden somewhere. That’s my thinking, right or
wrong.”
