Few days late guys but went up to shaver lake (above fresno and clovis) for some camping. Had the boat on water probably 6 or 7 hours each day, mostly trolling. They're draining the lake in the next few months for dam repairs, so tried for some rainbows and kokanee before they all got wiped out. Fishing was fairly slow, picking up later on in the weekend. Ended up with 10 kokanee, 5 rainbows, and 1 smallmouth on bait. early to late afternoon was the ticket, down 6 colors on the lead core line. best lures were the crocodile (chrome w/red stripe), and tazmanian devil did most of the magic. Bloody Ripper color. get out there b4 the water is gone!
