Sausage making

[Hunt and Fish]

Anyone else like to make sausage from their hunts? I enjoy the process and can't wait for some cooler weather so I can make some sausage. It helps me make room in the freezer so new meat can fill it and I enjoy giving it away for Christmas and bringing it to holiday parties. Here are some pics of the last batch I did. Next up for me will be kielbasa from my hog and some summer sausage from my deer.

I have not want to. Maybe if an elk ends up in my freezer that will happen though.
