Took this weekend off from fishing at Silverwood, and decide to fish at Lake Cahuilla. Got to the lake early and waited in line. 6am gate was open and off to the water I go. Bait of choice today was my new PSI Lure I picked up from Mikey last weekend, fluke, night crawler, crank bait. Pretty good action today in this crappy desert heat, I only fished til 10am and it was already 110 when I headed home. No fun.
First bass today on fluke.
I had lmb hitting my bait then this guy came out of no where and took night crawler from it mouth. Hey I'll take it.
They getting bigger.
200+ cast later finally a PSI Lure toad.
Last fish before I left.
Man what a good day of fishing today, and only out there for 4 hours. Also I met a nice fisherman out there and I introduce him to our site. Hope to see him on here soon.
Well that all guys. Time for me to cook up some carne asada tacos for dinner.....
