New to the site and wanted to drop a few lines to say hi and introduce myself. Just getting back into the sportfishing way of life after a 10 year hiatus. I live in Hemet CA for the time being. Been fishing the cattle boats as often as I could since the Fred Hall show (2 full day trips, a 3/4, and a small handfull of 1/2 days). And have fished the rock jetties at the Oceanside harbor a few times.

Hemet huh? Right around the corner from me.
I haven’t fished a sportie in a while, but then again... my boat has a nice layer of dust on it too. Haha

Yeah, no doubt! It’s been too long, and I’m gonna dust it off real soon. Would be this weekend, but as usual... the wife has"other"plans.
