So a buddy of my went to Skinner couple days ago. Said shad are up on surface, and bass/stripers are taring them up. He was fishing from shore and could not get to the busting fish. Anyone else heard of this? ???

It Happens a lot!! There is a video out ill find of that happening at a local so cal lake!!
