Jalapino cheddar fish cake

Made up some fish cake from striper I caught yesterday.

Mix in
1 small can dice Jalapino pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cup mash potato
1 Ib cook boneless fish fillet
1 egg
1/4 tbs black pepper
1/2 tbs garlic salt

Coated in panko bread crumbs. Fry to golden brown, squeeze some fresh lime and enjoy.

Yummy. Spicy fish cakes sound great
