Got an late invite from Magforce357 late Tuesday afternoon to go fishing. We had plan to jump on the 1.5 day Cortez bank trip on the T Bird but they canceled on us due to low reservation. Still wanting a chance at big fish I took him down to some of my favorite spot in the IV. When we there there the place look like a mud hole. We can not get to 90% of my top producing spot. Only manage one flathead catfish for the trip weight in at whopping 5lb....haha. After the flathead we decide to try for channel catifish, and those guys too had luck jaw. So there you have it, another crappy trip from the IV canal. Hope it get better soon.
