I don't know if I go out hunting after a cow in the valley. They sure have alot of meat. Every year I help a buddy butcher a cow at his ranch. In return I get couple big cooler full of meat.


I learn a thing or two from working in the meat department for 13 years

Awesome. My brother in law lives a couple hours north.around bakersfield and butchers all his own meat. Lamb, goat, cow, etc. I did it once with him and its crazy having to wrestle the animal to the ground and all
