ok guys, this weekend I hit up the local canals here in the Imperial Valley. I made bait (shiners) the day before, usually the bass and catfish go crazy for them, I almost never use artificials down here since the shiners do there job.. well I ran into a pretty big bass he looks like a DD fish for sure... when I casted out the bait away from him and slowly brought it to his view, he just cruised by next to it, like if he was not hungry at all.. i tried to stay out of his sight also.. i'm wondering if you guys think that big bass like this feed at night mostly and perfer big bait... any suggestions welcomed...

damnit.....i wrote up this big long in depth response that made me sound all badass and crap.....and when i hit post reply, the page didnt load and i lost it all!! lol that sucks....i hate when it does that
