First fish from the rock jerty

So today I try out something different. Never caught salt water fish from shore before. Started out on Crystal pier, it was super windy, cold, and rain was starting to fall. Decided to try out mission bay. After seeing how the local guys are catching them I went to Seaforth Landing and got some tackle. End up with couple short halibut, spotted bay bass, and an octopus that rock me and snap my line. I say mission accomplished. Even cook some halibut for dinner with side of tri tip steaks and vegetables. Don't worry I have some in the freezer, the little hali got released after pictures. Til next time, fish on.
