Dad want fresh sashimi so I got busy and made some. It a Thai style sashimi.
Ingredients
1.5. Lb. Tuna
2 Lime
2 tbs. Fish sauce
1 Thai red pepper "chopped"
1 tbs. Sweet dark soysauce
2 tbs. Thin slice red onion
2 tbs. Toasted rice powder
1/2 cup. Chopped cilantro & green onion
Pinch of sugar
Slice tuna thin then let chill in freezer for 10 minute
Mix all ingredients in bow, excluding chopped cilantro/green onion and toasted rice powered. Let sit for 10 minutes "in refrigerator" to let red onion start to pickel. Then pour mixture over fish. Then add chopped cilantro/green onion, toasted rice powder on top
You're ready to eat.
