As the Admin for this site and keeping people here, i really do not like to send others to another site, but for great info and info that is true, like this site with heart and meaning, one should also keep this site www.CaptainOnBoard.com in there look at list of sites.

Thank you for the support and info Captain On Board.

Mike takes way too good care of me, and I owe him heaps in return. I love this site, and the positive vibes I get when visiting. I can write what I want and not worry about being trashed by someone I have never met, and will never see on the water. We can all learn from each other, we have something to offer. In the end all I want is to get on the water and put some bait on a hook and maybe get a bite. Not fame, not fortune (not in this industry anyways), just to be able to go fishin' and have some fun. Take my kids fishing, and watch the stoke in their eyes as they see how bitchen this whole thing can be. I quit surfing long ago because it was no longer fun. Everyday for 25+ years I'd paddle out and enjoy what nature had to offer. Then it got too aggressive, too crowded, too many egos. I see the internet side of fishing going the same way. Too many opinions, too much scrutiny, and not enough actions. Guys calling other guys out with fake names and secret identities. Screaming matches over fishing spots and books and seminars. We are all walking among greatness here guys, the real fishermen that found the spots we fish today are still alive and fishing. Who are we to give a seminar, or write a book? For me its no secrets, because someone taught me so I could pass it on. Selflessness catches fish, and helps me lay my head on the pillow and sleep with a clear conscience. That is why I am here, because I sense like mindedness.
