Left on charter trip on New Lo An Tuesday night. Got on board and first I hear was it gonna be rough out in Mexican water. So we decide to stay in US it was going to be 15 kts less wind up above. Our bait was 6 in sardine and some mack that just came off net boat so they weren't in the best condition. Early am we started looking around on the 43 with the whole SD fleet out in full force. Got in to slow yft drift with one hook every 20 minute. Drifted for couple hr then off to search for paddies. No concentration of fish at all on this trip but we manage to scratch at them all day. Despite the howling wind and rough seas I still manage to have a pretty decent score with 1 dorado "my PB",1 bluefin, 2 yellowfin, and 9 yellowtail. Highlights of this trip was a marlin chasing school of dorado around the boat, they gave us a good show. Well til next time guys.....tight line
Also I like to thanks Mikey for OFB shirt and goodies to raffle off on our trip. Goodtimes
The kids did a great job out there. My buddy daughter fought her bft for 1 1/2 hr and never gave up. So awesome to see her catch her first bft
