Prayer does not just occur when we kneel, palms together, and focus. Prayer in fact, occur more frequently than we can imagine.
Own car. See their own driving along. You see the green light, and think, "Please do not change have not yet." Well, you guessed it, you just said the prayer.
When you hug a friend, which is a prayer. Whenever you hug your children, your prayers for them and their Sharing prayer has extra vibration.
