Mark i never realized you as the Old Guy, haha. however i guess 70 would be a good time to slow down a bit and enjoy other things than business and pleasing others. At this stage in my life looking into something like what you have just does not fall into place, but what a dream. i have known you for several years now and love the pictures and post.
