11th Annual Trout Fishing Derby

Cast your line and reel’em in, let’s see who has the biggest fin. Fishing enthusiasts, anglers, and all the like; get ready for Lake Cahuilla Recreation Area’s Annual Fishing Derby! Come rain or shine, the Trout Derby will be held on Saturday, February 25, 2017 from 7:00am to 12:00pm. Gates open at 6:00am, come early for that perfect spot; and REMEMBER, “the early bird catches the”…TROUT!

Many prizes are up for grabs, top prizes valued at over $300 awarded to first, second and third place anglers. Not sure if you can reel in the big one? Not to worry, the smallest catch wins too! Purchase advance tickets for $15.00 at Lake Cahuilla Recreation Area, or by clicking below.
