Grilled Teal Breast.
3-4 Teal -- Steak out boneless fillets off of each side. (Or any duck)
Marinade steaks in Yoshidas brand teriyaki marinade/sauce for 1 hour.
Grill over hot coals (or on high with a gas grill) until medium rare (do not overcook).
Serve with steamed rice, green salad and crusty grilled garlic bread.
Wash down with favorite Brews.
Serves 2
