Lobster hooping
#1
OK so lets start off by letting you all know that if you set your gear inside a harbor wall, jetty or navigation line/ channel; it can and will be picked up. Meaning Fish and Game, Coast Guard, harbor Patrol or any other law enforcement on the water.  The reason i am writing this is i have read and not saying the seals or some POS person didn't steel the hoops, but to give info that is true and plausible about missing gear.

Also if your gear causes damage to a vessel because it was set in an area where it is not allowed you can be liable for those damages. IE break a prop shaft and they have your info on your gear. You are paying BIG DOLLARS to fix.
