Can any one help out here?

From my understanding it is 14 inches all bass, 5 total to keep assorted or mixed bag. is this correct?

Then the 100 fathom curve off dana is a no fish zone now, does that mean cant even troll across it or anything? also where else can we no longer fish and is it year around or seasonal?

Thanks in advance!

From my understanding you can troll, just can't be sitting on the spot
sounds like WA state salmon regs..........you need a lawyer and Daniel Boone to go fishing............
You ain't catching if you ain't fishing. Now a days it's hard to live by that. Do work, know your waters, tides, and phases. Go get them and save a buck by knowing what's going on around. Like the captain wrote in his last story. Fish where the fish are, and try to look past the regs.
Seems to be the theme these days. To expensive to get out for the hope. But normally when you hear about the bite, it's a few days old already.. So just go for it. I agree on a game plan though..
Back on track here, and the question asked. i agree to do your homework, kinda why i am asking the questions

any other regs that we need to know or understand?
All I know is no MPLA, fishing in 300 ft or less, reduce bass limits, can't sit on spots deeper than 300ft. I'm wondering a thing though, say a spot has a paddy there and wide open dodo hook ups in 450ft of water and we are fishing the surface. Does the species prove we aren't fishing deep and we will be left alone? Captain Jeff help us here 1
