1 degree when I left for work. Feels like -12 with the wind chill. I guess it will make some Ice. But the wind needs to die down before I go out and sit there.
Offishially zero degrees. It's a crazy thing if you've never experienced temps this cold. The h2o molecules in the air freeze causing light to reflect off of them. I have no pics of this but, light from street lights and parking lot light shoots straight into the air like columns of light. That doesn't seem to make sense but its pretty cool. And there is a snow rainbow right now. It doesn't arc just goes straight up. [
