Any one got taste for some spicy food!!! I know I do.....

Here what ya need

2lb of fish cut in to cube. (I use catfish this time, but any fish or meat will do)
1/2 cup flour
1 small red onion "small dice"
2 tbs red curry paste. "If you like spicy use more, or less. Up to your taste"
2 tbs yellow curry paste "
4 tbs oil
1 can coconut milk
1 tbs fish sauce
1/2 tbs sugar
juice of one lime

Now I'm gonna take you trough the step.

1 Lightly season fish w garlic salt, coat in flour, then deepfry. Set aside.
2 Head up a wok or deep pan, add oil, medium high heat
3 put in red n yellow curry paste, and onion. Mix all together
4 cook for couple minutes, curry paste should start to have good smell.
5 add can on coconut milk, fish sauce, sugar
6 turn down heat and let simmer for few minutes to sauce thicken up
7 add already deep fry fish in to pan. mix well
8 squeeze in line juice

Put it over white rice and ya good to go.....Enjoy Tongue
