Ran out to the bass hole again this morning. Water was low and muddy. Still manage to hook in to a couple bass. Then my day was cut short, got my hook stock in a rock. Snapped the line, then I found out I left my hook box at home...... Dodgy ..... Well that was that. Ran in to P1M out there also, we chatted for a bit. Nice talking to ya buddy.

Beautiful colors there friend. Be careful with the gear in the dirt though 1
catching any size fish is good.. keeps the stress of the world put away for a lil while..

Good seeing you oat! I stayed maybe another 30mins an still didn't catch anything. I saw a bunch but none wanted to play.

My reel are all squeaking w dirt in it. Need to take it apart.


Chris.... I saw one pull a crawdad from the rocks. Gonna try jigs next time.

Nice oat! Man I wish I could do as much fishing as you have been doing lately
Come on guys..... I just got lucky this past year. Plus it easy to sneak out when Lake Cahuilla and the canal are about 1/2 hours from my house. The flathead catfish is another story. Wish I could do that run all the time. Lately it been about one a month.
