Thing you will need

1 lb boneless chicken
4 potato, peel, and cube
1 onion slice
1 hand full of basil
2 carrot, peel, and slice
1/2 cup green beans
1 can coconut milk
2 1/2 cans of water. "use coconut milk can"
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp fish sauce
2 tsp salt
4 tbs oil
2 tbs red curry paste

Direction

Put oil in cooking pot and put in red curry. Cook on low til about 5 min

Add chicken, cook til turn brown.

Add all veggie, stir in til sauce all coated.

Add can of coconut milk, and water.

Let come to a boil, and potato is cook. And you are done

Serve with jasmine rice.
