My good buddy Barney gave me some venison couple weeks ago. Decide to put them babies in the crock pot. Here I'll throw up a quick recipe.

Ingredient

Venison shanks
Onion
Garlic
Bay leave
Rose merry
Salt
Pepper
Oil
Carrots
Water

Direction

Start by cutting your venison, and seasoned with salt & pepper.

Heat up pan and brown venison to sear in juices.

Slice your onion and garlic. Cook in pan for about 10 minutes.

Look kinda like this when ready.

Put shank, onion in crock pot. Add water and seasoning. I like to cook my on low for 8 hours. Dinner should be ready about 5pm today afternoon..... Tongue

Mash potato and cold beer go good with this dish.......

Here the finish product, with side of home made mashed potato. I'm gonna need more deer meat soon. Running out of the stuff .......
