SWBA would like to congratulate Daniel LaBarbera and Travis Tompkins of Team Bag em Up for wining $2500 in the Carne De Theresa 'Mondo 5' Challenge ! For those not familiar with this, CDT put up $2500 at the beginning of the season for the heaviest 5 'Big Fish' of the season. The only requirement was teams had to 'like' the CDT facebook page and fish all 6 reg. season events. Although Bag Em Up DNW'd at the night event, they landed this beautiful 8.82 Lb. calico in Dana which secured them the win, with a total weight of 23.63 Lbs!.

With $2500 Cash up for grabs in the Mondo 5, and a Trolling Motor / Graph Combo valued at $1200 . . . Daniel LaBarbera and Travis Tompkins of Team Bag 'Em Up were on track to walk away with some serious loot . . . until the Elite Championship . . . where they took the Mega-Bag of the event for another $1300 cash!
That brought their total winnings to $5000 in cash and prizes! Great job Guys, and thanks again to all the fine SWBA Supporters !!!
