Made this for lunch yesterday, and thought I share it on here.
Thing you will need.
tortilla
lime
marinaded chicken thigh "Got my from Mexican meat market"
onion "diced"
tomato "diced"
hot sauce "I like to use franks hot wings sauce"
lettuce "chopped"
Cook chicken on bbq or pan, then cut to small cube.
Heat tortilla in pan
Put all the goodies on the tortilla
Squeeze on fresh lime and hot sauce
ENJOY.......

Go very good with ice cold beer.....
