Ok time to brake the ice. Here goes my first fish report on this site

Went out to DVL Saturday. Fishing was a bit on the slow side for me. Did manage to get five fish to the boat though. Did not do the bait n wait thing like most guys are doing, because I don't have fresh sardine. Spot for bait n wait was packed full with boat. Don't feel like getting caught up in the mess. So trolling fly and throwing trout swimbait it is.

Got in some swimbait action

nice fish great time, that lake and i do not get along. i still have not caught a fish out of there. idk.
Brink your boat there, fresh sardine, enough rope to anchor in 250 ft of water. I'll show you the way...... Big Grin
sounds like a plan, i think there are a few guys on here taht will roll with to do some catching out there.
Yupperz.
always wanted to try that lake...the right way. Last time me and a buddy went out there we took bicycles we rode to the dam, fished the shore, and rode all the way around to the other side of the lake as far as we could fishing spots along the way...fun day but man was it tiring!
well now you have a connection with a boat only 25 30 mins from the lake. haha
