15 miles!!!!! That is close to home. I saw they catching albacore 10 miles from the beach up in Nor Cal too....... Take lots of pics guys.
yea the closer kelps might be holding smaller stuff, and with fisherofmen catching yellowtail 30 miles from the point on paddies, and this heat wave we've been having, im as sure as ive been all season long that there is actually fish to be caught. ive been reading a lot of reports the past month and half or so and all the private guys that have been looking on local kelps have all been steadily saying more and more that they've been seeing beautiful water and tons of bait and birds and life on the kelps, but just no fish under them. i mean the time of the year it is and and the heat we've been getting, its like the pieces of the puzzle have come together. now you guys just need to go out and get em. and of course im gonna be missing it.
reported the day going back out Tuesday.
i will bring fish home damn it!!!!

We Fished. it was beautiful and we did find 2 dodos but they can unhooked 6 to 8lbs small little guys.
75 degree water temp and lots of life just no fish
who did you go with and what area were you fishing?
same as Saturday
went with my good friend dale and a few others on his boat
