Step one. You kinda need fresh striper to cook, so load up your bass rod n some crank bait, small shad imitation swimbait, cut bait or rattletrap. Then head to the canal.

This is what you looking for.

After you caught the striped bass you will need to clean it. I like to remove all bones from fillet, leave the skin on. Remove scale from skin side. Skin will crisp up on the grill and turn in to crunchy treat. If you don't like the skin just cut it off.

Here I'll take you trough step by step.

1 Lightly coat both side of fillet with olive oil
2 Season fillet with your favorite seasoning. I like lemon pepper with my fish.
3 Preheat grill to medium high heat, and oil lightly to keep fillet from sticking.
4 Put fillet on grill. I like to do skin side first til it get crispy, they turn fillet over.
5 Should take around 6-10 minutes to cook depending on heat of grill.
6 After fillet is cook put in plate and put on butter, and fresh squeeze lemon.
7 Crack over a ice cold brew and enjoy.........

Yummy... Tongue
