Catch hard fighting-great eating Rainbow Trout from the cool waters of beautiful
Big Bear Lake. Big Bear Lake is one of the most heavily stocked lakes in
California. In 2010 the Department of Fish & Game, and the Big Bear
Municipal Water District will stock over 60 tons of Rainbow Trout and Panfish.
Fishing in Big Bear can be fantastic! Trout over 10 lbs. are caught every year
and the current lake record trout is 18.69 caught in 2009
