Well its taking shape slowly but surely

this is 1 hell of a job to be taking on but so worth it. the neighbor is selling his 20 acres and i thinks its a good deal, with a house, well, power etc.

all i know is i really like the quiet nights and peaceful days with no HOA or busy streets.
It's looking better each day. Your hard work is paying off.

Since you mention water... When are you going to build a watering hole, aka bar? After a day of plinkin and fishin, one might be a bit thirsty.
