My parents came over from Chicago on a vacation. Thought I give them a nice fresh fish dinner. Got one whole striper wrapped in banana leaf stuff with, onion, cilantro, lime, ginger, lemon grass, and alittle sea salt then on BBQ. Steam up a couple with bean paste, ginger, white soy sauce, cilantro, and white pepper. All served up with home made spicy n sour sauce and jasmine rice.......Yummy....
