The wife have a pot luck at her work today, and she wanted to bring chicken taquitos. She wanted to go get some frozen one from the store. But I got some other idea.....haha.
Stop at my neighborhood meat market and grab fresh marinated chicken and grill em up.

Cut up the chicken, quick fry corn tortilla to soften up so they will roll, put grill chicken in and roll em up, then put tooth pick to keep tortilla from opening up. Deep fry at 350 for about three minutes, and good to go.

All finish....... Took 3 hours to make but hey it much better then the frozen store bought one. And yes I got to have a late night snack.
