The other day decided to smoke a pork roast for some pulled pork sandwhich. Soaked it in h20/brown sugar/salt/pepper/garlic mixture for almost 2 days. Made a rub (salt, pepper, garlic, brown sugar, pepper, cayenne pepper) rubbed it in real well, then put in the fridge over night. Threw it in the oven in the morning for 3 hours, then threw it in the smoker for another 4 with some mesquite. wrapped in foil for another hour and a half and this is how it came out. Forgot to take pics of the sandwhich, sorry. This was a 6 lb roast and we DESTROYED it!!
