Rainbow trout ceviche time.

Ingredient

1.5 lb trout fillet, chopped
1 cup fresh lime juice
Garlic salt "if needed"
2 tomato, dice small
half an onion, dice small
1 small can, chili verde sauce
1 jalapeno pepper
1/2 cup Clamato juice
Cilantro, chopped
Hot sauce
1/2 tbs chopped fresh garlic

How it done

1 Start by putting lime juice n trout together in a bow, put
in refrigerator. Acidic from lime will cook the fish.

2 Let fish and lime sit for half hours or til fish turn white. Give it a
stir every 10 minutes or so.

3 Add all ingredient above in, and mix well.

4 If you like it hotter add more pepper, if not leave it out.

5 Add garlic salt if needed, make it to the taste you like.

6 Grab some tostada and chips, n enjoy
